Jan Lux heads up TEE. His 16+ years of experience in the field is unmatched in sub-Saharan Africa.
Jan has worked extensively in this industrie and has published many papers, which study the influence of different parameters on grinding efficiency, like:

• Grate discharge or overflow discharge
• Liner design

Tebogo Rutlokoane

Tebogo studied at the Milpark Business School and thereafter studied Metallurgy at the Tshwane University of Technology and the University of Johannesburg

He has been employed at de Beers and Lonmin Platinum, and well as Metallurgical Foreman at Sociedade Mineira do Chitotolo and Assistant Recovery Manager at Manhattan Corporation..
